Outside is a large patio where you will find outdoor dining, lounge furniture and a swimming pool. One of the best features of the villa is a private vineyard! The house has a full alarm system and ample parking. Bakoven beach is only 5 minutes away, as are the more popular beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. There are a number of restaurants and bars in the vicinity as well.
